Condition: Find the circulation of the vector \( \vec{a}=2 y \vec{\imath}-3 z \vec{\jmath}+x^{2} \vec{k} \) along the contour Г: \( \left\{\begin{array}{c}x^{2}+z^{2}=1 \\ x=1\end{array}\right. \) using the Stokes formula and directly (the positive direction of traversing the contour is considered to be the one in which the point moves clockwise when viewed from the origin).
