condition: For matrices \( S=\left(\begin{array}{cc}0 & 2 \\ 3 & -1 \\ -1 & 0\end{array}\right), F=\left(\begin{array}{ll}1 & 2 \\ 2 & 3\end{array}\right) \) : a) find the matrix \( A \) for which the product of matrices \( S^{T} \cdot A \cdot F \) is defined; b) find the matrix product \( S^{T} \cdot A \).
