Problem: Make the table of the values of the function \( y=f(x)=\sqrt{x} \) in the interval \( [1 ; 1.6] \) with the step \( h=0.2 \) (round the value of the function to 3 figures). According to the complied table compose the Lagrange interpolation polynomial and find \( f(1.3) \). Estimate the error of the obtained value.
