In an isosceles trapezoid \( A B C D \) the lengths of the bases \( A D=10, B C=6 \). The height lowered from the middle \( M \) of the lateral side \( A B \) by \( C D \) divides it in the ratio \( 3: 5 \) counting from the top \( C \). Find the area of the trapezoid \( A B C D \).
