Condition: The circle is divided into 6 sectors, in which the numbers \( 1,2,3\), 4, 5, 6 are arranged clockwise. You are allowed to add one to any two adjacent numbers per turn. Is it possible to make all numbers the same? Is it possible to achieve this with 7 sectors?
