condition: Given two lines on the plane: \( p: x+2 y-1=0 \) and \( q: 3 x+y-2=0 \): a) find out whether at least one of the bisectors of the angles formed by these lines passes through the origin; b) create an equation for one of these bisectors; c) find the angle of inclination of the straight line \( p \) to the axis \( O x \).
